1. Right Click--- My Computer

2. Manage or Search--- Computer Management

3. Service and Applications

4. Services

5. Bluetooth Support Service (Double Click)

6. Startup type: Manual (Set it)

Or...

(Click stop and change setting to "Automatic" and then click to "Start") some of the computer positively work that settings.

7. Click Start---Click Apply---Click OK

Then...

8. Right click on the Startup---Click Open settings

9. Discovery: Check the tick box(Allow Bluetooth Devices to find this Computer)---Apply---OK
