আছে কি না? আপনার প্রিন্টারের সাথে ঠিকভাবে কাজ করবে কি না?
২। প্যাকেজিং
এর বিষয়টি খেয়াল করবেন যেন, লাল রেড মার্ক করা বর্ডার টিতে পুল লেখা যেখানে শুরু হয়েছে
এই এ্যারো গুলো ঠিকঠিকভাবে ইনট্যাক্ট আছে কি না?
যদি ইনট্যাক্ট
না থেকে স্কসটেপ লাগানো থাকে তাহলে না নেয়াই ভাল অথবা বিষয়টি নিয়ে বিক্রেতার সাথে কথা
বলবেন।
৩। এর পর ভিতর
থেকে পলিথিন মোড়ানো প্যাকেট বের করার পর দেখবেন যেন ইনট্যাক্ট থাকে অর্থাৎ রেড চিহ্ন
করা জায়গা সীল করা আছে কি না?
৪। কাটার দিয়ে
কেটে এই বার টোনার টি বের করে দেখে নিবেন যেন পুল লেখা সম্বলিত ফিতাটি ঠিক আছে কি না
সাথে লক গুলোও দেখে নিবেন। এই রেড চিহ্ন পুল লেখা ফিতাটি টেনে বের করে তার পর ব্যবহার
করতে হয়।
৫। টোনারের
রোলার টি ক্লিন আছে কি না? এতে হাত লাগাবেন না।
৬। প্রিন্টারে
সেট আপ করার পূর্বে একটু আলতো করে ঝাকুনি দিয়ে তারপর ব্যবহার শুরু করুন।
৭। নতুন কার্টিজ
প্রিন্টারে লাগানোর সময় পারমানেন্ট কালি ব্যবহার করে তারিখ লিখে রাখুন, তাহলে একটা
সম্ভাব্য হিসাব বের করা সহজ হবে।
