How to fix if camera not showing video and image on the monitor? How to resolve the “no video” problem on the Hikvision?

 

There are several possible causes for the "no video" problem:

 

> check the AC line

> check the RJ45 network cable

> check the video balun

> check the DVR connection

> Use your hands to cover the front of the camera. If you see the infrared light is on, it means the camera has been turned on

> If you can’t see any light so, check the adaptor and change it.

> An inadequate power supply is the most common reason CCTV camera may not work

> check the monitor

> Check the camera connections

> If only one camera is offline, you can unplug just that Ethernet cable before resetting the whole system

> আরজে ৪৫ নেটওয়ার্ক ক্যাবল চেক করুন
> ভিডিও বেলুন চেক করুন
> ডিভিআর কানেকশন চেক করুন
> ক্যামেরার সামনে ইনফ্রা লাইট পরীক্ষা করে দেখুন
> এ্যাডাপটর চেক করুন
> যথাযথ পাওয়ার সাপ্লাই ব্যবহার করুন
> মনিটর চেক করুন
> ক্যামেরা কানেকশন চেক করুন
> একটি ক্যামেরা অফলাইন হয়ে থাকলে সেটি আন প্লাগ করুন

একটি সিসি ক্যামেরা চালূ হচ্ছিল না, মুলত এর পাওয়ার এ্যাডাপটরে সমস্যা ছিল। কারণ ভিতরে পোকা মাটি ভরাট করে এবং টিকটিকিও ভিতরে ঢুকে শর্ট সার্কিট করে থাকতে পারে। বিশেষকরে এর ছিদ্র গুলো দিয়ে টিকটিকি অনায়াসে ঢুকতে পারে। তাই এর পাওয়ার সাপ্লাই পরিবর্তন করে সমাধান করলাম।
